this talk about golf carts reminds me....i asked a golf course security gaurd if there was a speed limit on the golf course and he said NO !!!! so if I could turbo a golf cart......

Those imports are so fast. There is no way anyone could beat any of them. And if they are modded, well then no way! Oh wait, what is this, if they are stock not a single one of them stands a chance against a Viper? True true, but wait, the import is modded! Oh no! Chances are the Viper is still going to win, and if by some chance it might not, well then if one has a mod, why not let the other have a mod. Can anyone say Venom Viper 1000 Twin Turbo? Oh, guess that import is back to not standing a chance. Sit down import. Admit defeat. You will never live up to a Viper no matter how much you try. Face it, a four banger will never beat aVenom 1000TT V10 with 1175hp of pure American muscle. If you still love your import so much, move to Japan. Get out of America if you don't want to support us. O look lets compare a 60,000 thousand dollar super car to a 10,000 honda civic....:odd: I dont think so.....you bring up the point of that if one has a mod let the other have a mod....well according to your own thoughts if one costs 60,000 thousand dollars then the civic should have enough stuff on it to equal the cost of the viper.....dont get me wrong the viper is an awsome machine and deserves respect but if you added enough stuff onto the civic to equal the price of the viper the civic would beat the crap out of it....dont try to argue with me 50,000 dollars will buy more than enough stuff to put out over 1000 hp.....

2nd the viper is one of the ONLY cars that is what you call "pure" american.....funny how buying a honda made in japan isn't "supporting the US" but buying a ford made in mexico is?...

3rd buying a honda in america DOES support americans...through selling the honda americans gain taxes charged on imported goods which helps fund the american economy...it pays american people who sell them paychecks so they can feed their families...not even mentioning the fact that they help the environment by having lower emissions and consuming less gas.....

as for the comment about people who like imports moving to japan.....I suppose that all people who like BMW's should move to germany right? and all people who like vipers should move to detroit...yeah right....someone has some serious issues to work out in the human relations department....I mean honestly how the hell does someone liking or driving a honda affect you in any way?

as for the "1175hp of pure American muscle" on the Venom 1000TT who cares...its a specialty vehicle and not a production car so most people will never own one....I know PLENTY of imports that will humiliate that viper.....for example the 1360 hp street legal Nissan Skyline....In the end it doesn't matter who makes the car...If you have enough money you can make any car anything you want....hell I could turn a geo metro into a mclaren creaming super car with enough money...

so next time please have the courtesy to actually THINK about what you are going to say and stop wasting peoples time with stupid, ill thought out, moronic posts based purely on biases formed because a car was manufactured in a different country....jeez some people can be very thick headed....

lol, THat is great. You know, sometimes people amaze me how serious they take things. Mr. Economy has some very good points about the whole supporting America and all. I see only one problem. He seemed to get a little too into it. Every car is unique and everyone is allowed their own preference. The people that actually put money into their Civic or what have you and actually get performance boosts, that is all good. Whatever they like. However, the Viper is not 60,000. A new one would cost you around 80,000 actually. Thanks. So calm down, take it easy, don't have a heart attack. It'll be ok. By the way, Detroit is a city while Japan is a country. BIG difference.

ok first of all you are a hypocrite because in your first post you say that all people who like imports should move to japan and now you say "Every car is unique and everyone is allowed their own preference.".....so make up your mind...

secondly, about the way I took it so seriously, The reason I said what I said was because I'm tired of all this "ricer" and "american Muscle" bull ****....Why cant people just like ALL cars? I mean sure you can have your preferences and favorites but hating a car because of who makes it is about as stupid as thinking that black people are any different than white people....

and YES i do know that detroit is a city and japan is a country I was just illustrating a point...now who's taking things to seriously?

and yes a new viper is about 80,000 but I like the older vipers better which you can get for 60,000 so I used them as an example....the new viper is too corvette-ish for my tastes.....

What a f00l...Hell, I like Vipers, but at about 200,000 over here for a GTS, I know I'm never going to really own one.

Imports are also good.
 
See, I told you, if I had never posted that, what would you people have to complain about? So here is something else to ponder. How many licks does it take to get to the center of a tootsie pop? Among other things, why did the chicken cross the road? Also, what does this have to do with Fast and the Furious 2 or 2 Fast 2 Furious? That one I can answer. Nothing. Just mindless manipulation of your brain until you realize that you have been taken advantage of. So now I am going to go get in my Honda Civic and drive over to my friends house who owns a Toyota Celica. Whoever thought a Celica could hold a V8? It is crazy and man does that thing fly. Impossible to get traction in the rain though. Too much power for its own good. I can't wait to graduate high school next year and start puttign more mods on my Civic. I just got a new muffler last week. The thing sounds pimped. Even better than the Celica's V8. Thanks.

Kid doesn't even realize that he was taken advantage of once again. I am not still in high school. Now stop listening to what I am saying. Thanks. I dropped out of high school last year. The local factory was hiring at 8 bucks an hour, but I had to work full time so I quit high school to work there. That is how I got my Civic man. I was smart and went the quick route for cash so I could get my Civic right away.
