In all fairness though, I'd like to hear a response from the defendant. We've only heard the allegations from the plaintiff so far and for all we know the charges could be false. It could very well be the other way around. Just saying. All suspects are to be presumed innocent until proven guilty in the drag forum.

I'm just going to say that this guy may have posted Swara's pic to ask the opinion of the community but didn't want to use his own picture as he was worried it would be considered slow, he then said he understood the tuning game as he had beaten this already decent time but hasn't posted up a picture

On the other hand he may be stealing which would not be cool as Swara did set the time, plus I've just written all this stuff out!

Moral of the story just post up your own stuff or ask the owner of the picture if you can their post as a basis for a question.
