Fastest and Best Handling Supercar?

I have found the Ferrari 458 to be pretty much the best handling supercar I've come across. As standard, it appears to be the best balanced, in comparison the Mclaren MP4-12, and particularly the Gallardo, feel like they have a more rear-biased weight distribution, which can make them more of a handful on corner entry. I find the SLS quite good to drive, if a little more understeery than the 458. The Nissan GTR, in my opinion, is the easiest supercar to drive quickly, as you can drive it far more aggressively without wrapping it round a tree.

Admittedly, I haven't driven an Enzo yet, but I get the impression that many people who complain how it handles don't realise how fast it moves in a straight line, then are surprised when they can't make it through the next corner. Even the Veyron (which I have driven) has quite a nice balance to it as long as you take in to account how quickly you are approaching the corners.

Had a nice tune out of a fully modified 430 Scuderia, also out of my Lamborghini Gallardo, there's a hint of understeer with the Lambo, but only with TCS on full, take that even down to 3, it's great, although a true treat at 0 ;).

Be happy to share either of these settings.

Here is my ordered list

1. Pagani Zonda R '09
2. Ferrari 458 Italia '09
3. Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4 '08
4. McLaren MP4-12C '10
5. Dodge Viper GTS-R Team Oreca
6. Chevrolet Corvette ZR-1 (C6) '09
7. Ford GT LM Race Car Spec II

I had handling problems with the Zonda until I tuned it now it is a beast. The same with the Gallardo. I think the best one out of the box was the Italia. The Italia drove great for me with very little tuning.

One thing about these super cars is they all are more twitchy than your standard because they have so much horsepower. You have to be gentle on the power especially in the corners. Remember slow in fast out.

I am curious about the Enzo and F-1 but have not purchased them yet.

Ive brought several supercars how ever ive never owened the lot nor have i had enough in one place to compare them.
Now ive found (Excluding the Veyron) i can get an Enzo well over 250 Mph yet it is terrible going around corners. Same story with the Viper ACR. But i need something that combines speed with handling or if i can make either the acr or the Enzo able to corner . Any ideas?
Cheers

I don't know how you're playing the game- controller or steering wheel but almost all the supercars I've bought so far and I've been buying them like crazy, handles as well as what I've read tem in reviews. Cars are suppose to be hard to handle around corners- that's why there are great drivers and those who are not so great. And depending on the cars, each will handle corners differently. An MR (Midengine rear wheel drive) handles them differently from Quattro Midengine setup (the R8 for example). So basically, there are no best handling Supercar. As in real life, it's usually up to you to make the most of these cars.

I got a stock enzo and think it takes corners just fine long as i break properly for them.

Same with the mclaren f1.

I mean these are supercars out of the box or hyper cars or whatever they are calling them now days, i remember the good old days when they were just exotic cars. But you do not need to put every upgrade on them to make them super super cars, and if you do be prepared to spend days tweaking the suspension to make them drivable again.

My advice drive the cars stock before you start throwing everything on.

I leave my "hyper cars" pretty much stock. My Enzo is and I LOVE it.

The Zonda R is pretty hard to match in the super car area though it is basically a race car.

Zonda c12s 7.3 It is the fastest road zonda in the game and it has emense amounts of grip. If you find one of these pick it up even tho it is just shy of 1 mill shes a beauty.

The Zonda R is good, but a Spec-V will match it or even beat it around really tight tracks, and I'm pretty sure it will have a higher top speed too. The Zonda R can also be a handful with a controller, unless you use aids.

Lamborghini Superveloce with all upgrades is the best supercar in the game it is very easy to drive on Nurburgring and is easily one of the fastest supercars in the game if you lengthen the gear ratios. (808 Hp, 1200kg, 220mph +) 👍

Its a close call between the Zonda R and the ZR1 RM for me.
Really? I have raced the ZR1 RM with my Zonda R and the Zonda R beats it without much trouble. Also the RM kinda makes the ZR1 no longer a super car as it is now a race car still the Zonda has more grip and is just as fast if not faster so with the proper setup the Zonda should win.

btw the Zonda exceeds 220 mph with ease as does the Vette.

I love my zonda R with 900bhp but im also really happy bout my minolta with a 1000bhp and weights a 800kg something.. drives with a controller and no aids exept abs 1.

Supercars im really weak for the Viper got an maxed out srt-10 1000bhp but somehow i enjoyed it more when it had about 7-800 bhp. Also the F40 tho many ppl seems to not like it I love it but I havent maxed it out completley.. and I've only taken it to practice mode.

Got all 5(?) vipermodels out there now im only lookin for the Team Oreca, ive only seen it with #91 is it possible to find one #51? like if theres two out there in the market?

A lot of people listing cars that aren't really Supercars but instead race cars, or cars that aren't technically supercars because they are not street legal like the zonda r.

On my opinion, from strictly handling, the GTR V 09 is the best supercar, but personally, after training myself in minor drifting and with a little tuning, the Dodge Viper SRT ACR 08 is the best supercar, and also the most fun to drive.

Cast another vote for the 430 Scuderia.

I added 100 bhp to it , Ive only done up to NA stage 1 tune though .

I would be confident this would challenge all but the best cars.

The McLaren F1 is a great car. Handles like nothing else relative to its competitors.
It has a long 1st gear so it might throw you off a bit if you drive manual.
It has a top speed of 217 mph when you take it on a long straight un-tuned.
Ive never lost a stock race with other supercars, including the veyron.
Just remember, Racing soft tires are the best mod to any car =)
