thats why you can get a really good time then, i only use a pad but i think i can take about a second or two off that because it wasn't a really clean lap
Gonna give it a go with the CLK tomorrow as well.

Imho the CLK is a rediculous car though, certainly compaired with the other DTM cars, this car is waaaaayyyyyy too good.
I also wonder why it has like 2x the downforce compared to the other DTM cars.
Personally I;m more favorite to the Alfa 155, but since the difference in max power and downforce is so huge it can't hold a candle to the CLK

I don't have the CLK - is it better on the Ring for you than the BMW M3 GT-R? Your times sure suggest that it is. The touring cars are my favorite to race on the Ring - not too fast, but just fast enough to have fun.
I did the 24hr in the CLK and the last thing I would have done afterwards was a few practice laps lol.
Great thread my favourite car and track. I got to level 40 grinding the touring car Nurburgring race best lap was around a 6.10, probably relates to a 6.03 or so as that race timer starts before the finish line.
Will start practice mode once PSN up again and I can remove CLK from online status. What a decision that was, lost my 10 favourite cars! Want to see if I can break 6 mins.
I haven't tuned mine except for racing softs, no engine mods, adjusted downforce and suspension. I ran 7:01.607, not the fastest i know but i enjoyed it
