Fastest FF car

I was wondering what the fastest On Road FF car is, cause i really want to beat FF on pro :D so far the alfa romeo has about 422hp,


I was also wondering, is there anny car that uses the 7th gear?
 
The Xsarsa Rally Car is your best bet to just kill the comp. and no there is no 7th gear car.
 
Welcome to the gtp.

First off, there is a list of options for members in the top right hand side of the page.
It includes a search function and works very well. You will find all of your answers there.

However, since you are new, I will be happy to tell you my opinions... ;)

The fastest front wheel drive vehicle is hands down the citreon xsara rally car.

However, the fastest road ff is harder to call. I preffer the TRD M sports Celica. That car is awesome and only matched by a select few.

Then about the 7th gear thing... I haven't found one and don't think there is. Even though there is a 7th gear displayed on the settings page, I have a feeling that is just left over from the previous games. (in gt1 the gto lm had a 7th gear. )

i think for that FF race, I might've used my integra type R....but I don't fully remember.....

i hear the new concept M5 is showcasing a 7 gear tranny.....
 
A 275-hp Integra R will beat the whole series except R246, and it will come darn close there.

Also, I don't come down on hard on people about terms like "FF" because the Search won't look for 2-letter strings. But most of this s covered in the stickies at the top.

Im telling you the rsx type s is the most overlooked FF car in the game. I had a very hard time beating the pro FF but finaly did with the rsx. Just my .02

now what upsets me is that we got that junk car (no offence) isdead of the lambrogini :mad:
 
Not to worry fx, no one really got the diablo besides the few ntsc people who have x-ports & mks. :trouble:
I enjoyed that diablo comp by ub57. :D :p

But I thought I would give you a quick list of my f/f cars that are fun.

Celica trd
spoon civic
fto
integra type r
xsara (of course)
...
Thats about it, but when I think of more I will let you know. ;)
 
Xsara doesn't have excepitional handling, but it probably has the best handling of most FF cars. I would recommend it for my first choice. The second choice would the FTO, it costs $27,850, compared to the Xsara's $350,000 Price Tag. The car is a revving beast when it comes to this drivetrain, decent acceleration is made up with good power, handling, power to weight, and torque to weight ratio. Either of those cars are the best FF car, and you wouldn't miss out with either. If the FTO LM Race Car is FF, (Which I think it is FR but I don't remember) that is a good choice too. Those three cars you can't really go wrong either way.

I think the Xsara is the best FF car in the game, but the all the other FF cars mentioned can do a great job. I like the Civic Spoon, it's a lot ot fun and it sounds cool. Another one overlooked is the Fiat. It only has 370 hp, but it sounds really cool, and handles very well.

Perhaps that's why it's overlooked?
 
Well the citreon probably is the fastest and easiest to beat the competition but i find that the Honda Integra is a really good ff car and so is the Spoon Civic, but thats what you get from the pro ff race.:)
 
As others have said, the Citroen Xsara Rally Car is probably the easiest FF car to beat the FF pro with. It handles really well for an FF. It's also one of the few rally cars that can be upgraded. You can win it in the Rally league on SSR5 (wet) or buy it for 350000 cr.

My second choice would be the Volkswagon New Beetle Cup car. It's great for an FF car after you upgrade it. You can't buy it. You can only win it at the Amateur League German Touring Car Championship or the Pro League Clio Trophy.

My third choice would be the Honda (not Acura!) Integra Type R. Fully upgraded and broken in (after 300km/186mi) with a fresh oil change I think it's something like 495 HP. It owns all the Test Course records for FF. It's very fast. It's a little heavier than the other two though so it doesn't handle quite as well. It still handles pretty well for an FF. You can't win this car. You can buy it for 25160 cr.

There will have to be 7th gear cars in GT4 cos off the top of my head both BMW and Mercedes have atleast 7 gear car and I noe that there's a mercedes 7 speed auto (i think there's 2 mercs then

The Fiat Coupé, that I mentioned in my previous post. Because it sounds like one when you fully tune it.

How do you like the fully tuned Demio A-spec in GT2?
 
i think a lot of people equate power with speed...and while this may be true on a drag circuit it doesnt always hold true when you have to negotiate chicanes, tight corners and 180 degree turns etc...tone down the power and your car will be more controllable and will get round a twisty tarmac track quicker....

Mr Duke's ITR at 275 bhp sound like just the ticket...or the Fiat Coupe or Celica TRD will have no problems with this circuit...

i accaully think the fiat sounds like a ride mower, but i was accually talking about a fullly tuned Honda CRX Del Sol :lol:

Yeah, that Fiat sounds like a John Deer on steroids. I never tried the Honda CRX Del Sol, yet.
 
Take a pass. It's quite possibly the most boring car in GT3.

FTO LM Race Car is 4WD. I thought it was FF though:(

If I tune my ITR I think i'll do better in it....the RSX is actually a nice handling. Too bad real life has more mods for it. At least it comes in the worlds best colour, Arctic Blue:D (take a guess what colour car I own:D). Sucks though, i sold my Xsara becuase I thought it as junk while rallying it.

Oh also to add to that list is the Supra RZ(J) another piece of crap that says it could go faster than it realy can :mad:

and just like the V8 Vantage, it handles very badly.
