Fastest way to level up in B-Spec

Im really sorry, if this is already a thread but i searched and searched an i couldn't find anything.

I am at the moment level 23 in b-spec and i am wondering what is the fastest way to earn xp-points to level up. i dont care about credits i have lots of money, i just want to level up b-spec bob. any race lower then dream car championships

btw: does it make any sence that my b-spec level is 23 but my best b-spec driver is level 24?

Do a search for EXP grinding in B-Spec. There's a thread with breakdowns of EXP and times.
