My favorite combo is the fully upgraded zonda (no aids) C12S7.3 on R5's (SS) at the ring. The zonda is insanely fast with no downforce, over bumps you have to line it and pray you land right. In the turns it slides a little, the back end is pretty unpredictable. With a little gas in turns you might be able to lessen the sliding, Im not sure if it always works cause like I said before its unpredictable.

This is my quickly tuned setup.

Suspension top to bottom left to right:
12.8 8.8
70 70
4 6
6 8
2.0 2.0
0 0
5 5

Gears TTB:
3.686
2.410
1.729
1.303
1.033
0.783
N/A
3.360
13

Diff's all set at 20

No aids and R5's

Now post your favorite combo and why you like it.

EDIT: TTB=Top to bottom.

•Alfa Romeo 155 2.5 V6 TI Race Car 1993
•Opel Calibra Touring Car 1995
Midfield Normal
Both cars rev really high and sound nice. They also are glued to the track and you can go around for 20 laps or more just trying to get another tenth. Also the backfire on the 155 is cool coming from the quad tips.

Lotus Elan on Nürburgring. Just a great driving experience.

A close second is the Suzuki GS-X R/4 on El Capitan, preferably in the enduro. A fun drive and it's cool to beat those 300-400 hp cars with less than 200.

my and THE BEST car in gt4 is formula gran turismo on any track endurance races and extreme just simply cant be beaten by anything the closest ive come to being beaten in this beast was 12 laps behind me lol

Welcome tp gtplanet gt4fans! The formula is the fastest car in gt but are there any cars that when you drive them around a cerain track just click for you? Try driving a bmw m3 gtr race car around midfield, it responds so well even with the hard tires.

Weekly Arcade Time Trials? Yes.
But no, you're right, that was a lot of fun.

I enjoy taking a Lotus Elan around Motorland. That thing possesses incredible handling, making the short twists and turns of the track a joy to take.

lol yeah, and I sure wasn't going to put down the charger. The lotus elan cup looks pretty fun, I should give it a go.

I think you have to commit to a full season, and we're 4 races into it... you could ask viperin.

I enjoy driving the Rx7 Race Car from Re Amaiya it's not as fast as most JGTC Race Cars but when fully upgraded it can keep up with cars such as the Viper Team Oreca. I find the suspension real good it's drives smoothly. When I turn there's no oversteer and the understeer isn't even bad. I find the Rx7 very smooth in terms of driving experience. I did 5 laps on Deep Forest Race Way with Medium tires and I didin't pit until lap 9 or so but it was due to the understeer.

Mine would probably be the Alfa Romeo 155 2.5 V6 TI Race Car '93 at Citta di Aria. Incredible driving experience.

Easy: '54 C1 Corvette convertible on El Capitan. When I get the suspension tuned just right, it's heavenly.

Recently, I've come to love the Audi A3 after tuning and testing the heck out of it. Superfun to drive and not a lick of understeer. With 464 HP and S2 tires I did 1:30 lap at Midfield (and I'm a lousy driver).

Fully upgraded, I got a top speed of 180 mph on the test track. Using only 32,000 Cr in parts, it gets up to 148 mph.

It easily leaves everyone in the dust in the Audi A3 Cup one-make race and European - Swarzwald Liga A (7-10 Aspec points per and averages 10-12 seconds ahead of the fastest competition.)
Very fun to drive around Paris too.

Mazda RX-8 race car at Laguna Seca

Mercedes 190E '92 race car at Nurburgring

Renault Clio at Opera Paris

Ford GT40 Polyphony just about anywhere, but I like it at Infineon (a track I don't really like)

For some reason I like the Camaro LM at Grand Valley.

The list goes on...

Ford GT40 (P1075) at Sarthe II. Le Mans is the track that the car was originally designed for. The track is not quite the same, but you get to roar down the Mulsanne in a GT40. 3 miles of foot on the floor! Life is good.

Toyota Minolta at Fuji 90's. Smooth.

Alfa Romeo 155 V6 Ti at Nurburgring. The car balance just feels right.

Any high-power FR car at El Capitan (e.g. Aston Martin Vanquish, Viper SRT-10, Mercedes SL, etc.), or any low-power car (e.g. Peugeot 106 Rallye, Citroen C3, Alto Works, etc.) on Citta di Aria or Costa di Amalfi - it's huge fun to navigate the twisty and tight corners.

Ford GT on Motegi (the ONLY way I can stand the course)
Viper at El Capitan
Mazda 787B at Circuit de la Sarthe I
the aforementioned Elan at Nurburgring
Motul/Pitwork Z at Grand Valley Speedway

All awesome things...

Audi R8 '01 @ Le Sarthe 1
787B @ Nurburgring
Pescarolo Judd @ Nurburgring
W12 Nardo @ Le Sarthe 2
Nike 2022 @ All tracks :)

I first very much liked Opel Paris with a new Beetle but now my favorite it the Autum Ring Mini with just about any faster car.

Circurt de la scarth II with the F1,R92CP,R89C
All 3 handel equaly as well on this track.

Pretty much any car @ Tsukuba. Attached are some replays of a few runs I did, in different cars. (NOTE: Saves in PSU format)

Saleen S7 on New York. This car hardly turns, so it's quite of a challenge and joy to drive on this 90-degree turns!

This may sound a bit weird, but it was originally the Toyota GT-One at Hong Kong for me. I would do a time trial there with my beast every day or so. An amazing car + amazing scenery = pure awesomeness. I still like this combination, despite it not being my favorite anymore.

Now, it's the Mazda RX-8 Concept LM Race Car at Fuji 2005 F for me. After doing a race there, I thought it was the perfect combo. No words can describe this combo.

That's tough because I tend to like different cars and tracks at different times!!! right now I think its the Amuse S2000 Race Spec round Tskuba Wet
