Well - We have a 1.4i Saxo.. I do not care much about gears in that (other than it is nice they are there)

So I let the bike speak - 1st runs out at 12500rpm just a tad below 100Mph - And it gets there mighty fast.. (using 2nd will cost me my license btw..... :trouble: )

Its one of the hardest things to find a Blazer in a Manny. But I rather like all my gears in the 2000-3400 rpms.

I would have to say second. It brings me form ~25mph to ~55mph fairly quickly. First is awsome too though, along with a slight launch with the AWD, it quick jump to ~30mph.

I'm a fan of third. I'm usually struggling a little with tyre scrabble in 2nd (can't wait for these fronts to wear out!), but third is like surfing the torque-into-power wave. It's great. Then you just have the snap-shift to fourth, and it all starts again...

2nd. Anything above that, and I'm going to jail.:p

Nah. I've only wound out 2nd and 3rd in the Cobra so far. Grabbed part of 4th up to 130. Pretty god damn scary how fast a 500hp car accelerates in any gear.

4th gear in the RS6 for the amount of scary pullling power it has and 2nd in the Cerbera, the wheel spin is just about controllable and it's good for 86mph :D

In my Lancer I have the most fun in 3rd gear. I just love seeing that speed go up and up. Even though I have a slow car... :banghead:

Defintely third around town, although it's a little short for highway work - runs out at about 125-130kmh or so, so you can sometimes brush the limiter on longer overtaking moves.

In our old Vectra, third was fantastic - winding the motor out in third saw about 140-150kmh, so you had plenty of revs in hand if you were overtaking.

I like 4th. You feel like a racing driver when you slot it into third when approaching a corner :D
