What is your favorite Nintendo 64 game you ever played and why??

I have a few...

1. Goldeneye 007 -- The best first person shooter game yet. OK not really, but it's still amazingly fun!
2. Killer Instinct Gold -- waaayy better than Mortal Kombat
3. Perfect Dark --- Great plot, scenery, guns.
4. Mario Kart --- No need for explanation :sly:

I loved Super Mario 64, such an awesome game. Goldeneye was pretty good too, there hasn't been a better Bond game since in my opinion.
 
I don't think I've played a better FPS than the Goldeneye, then again, I never played Halo. I have played the newer Bonds(Goldeneye & 2 other junks), Medal of Honor(German one for GC), Killzone, etc. though.

In no paticular order:
Zelda: Ocarina of Time
Diddy Kong Racing
Goldeneye
 
Super Smash Bros., no contest.

Other cool games:

International Superstar Soccer
Ocarina of Time
etc.
 
Here is mine:

Mario 64: This was my first N64 game I bought and still love it to this day. I even have it for my Nintendo DS. Portable Mario 64 never gets bored on the road.

Wrestlemania 2000: I remember how me and my neighbors played this game for nearly a year straight and never got bored. We pretty much spend our entire weekend creating characters and playing all sorts of matches. We even created our own storyline and PPV event.!!!!

Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time: Nuff said. 👍
 
Zelda, Ocarina of Time! That game rules! Link is the man! Did anyone find all of the Skultullas and heart containers?

Goldeneye 007! That game rules too! The train is my best stage!

I got all the skultullas and 19.5 full hearts, i spent weeks look for the last two heart pieces but couldn't find them.

My favourite games are, Ocarina of time, Goldeneye, Turok, Super mario 64, and Blastcorps.

Wow cool! So are there 100 of them? I found all heart containers but 1! Did you beat that running guy?

Turok is a good game too and Killer Instinct!

Yeah there is 100 of them, and the running guy can't be beat.
 
I never had a N64 but my friends and room mates did. These were my favorite games. My opinions are all based on multiplayer.
1. Goldeneye 007 -- One of the first real fun FPS where you could play 4 people split screen with your friends all at once. I also remember a mode in multiplayer where you had to have the flag the longest. I remember laughing so hard the first time my friend hid on the toilet in the bathroom. :lol:
2. Killer Instinct Gold -- Just a really fun game to battle one on one with your friends. "56 hit combo!!!!" "Combo breaker!!"
3. Mario Kart --- Another really fun 4 player split game that had endless hours of bananna throwing, turtle shell shooting fun.
 
Starfox 64: I can't believe no-one's said that!
LOZ-OoT: Also really good. I didn't think cartridge games could have that sort of Complexity.
Super Smash Bros: yeah, good for beating up on your friends.
 
I never properly got on with our N64 really. The only ones me and my brother had were Zelda: Ocarina of Time and Pokemon Stadium. I'll have to admit I liked the Pokemon game better.

My other favorite part of Golden eye was lining the ceiling of one of the rooms with proximity mines. Then when the unsuspecting friend walks into the room and you hear the beautiful death music "DUN NUN NUN NAAAAA!!" Sooo many late nights and good time in that game including the fun I mentioned above. 👍

The first Sonic game for a Nintendo system was Sonic Adventure DX, and that was for (ahem) GAMECUBE!!!!!!!!!
 
1) Goldeneye: Is there really any other?
2) Super Smash Brothers: I still play it
3) Mario Kart 64: Now entertaining my 5 yo brother...
4) Donkey Kong 64: A lot of folks didn't like it, I loved it!
5) Pilot Wings 64: Strange in concept, but still fun. I'm saddended by the lack of a sequel on the GC.
 
Still no one says Pokemon Stadium? Am I the only one that played it? :scared:

No wonder it's in the "rare games" catagory of a magazine I bought years ago...
 
Perfect Dark is the best N64 game. and i completed it aswell! anyone remember mr. blonde?
