I'll normally eat the ham and turkey on whole wheat with lettuce, onions, green peppers, and lots of pickles, since it's a fairly healthy meal. But if I feel like something else, I'll go with a chicken pizziola, or an italian bmt with extra mayo.

cold cut trio, white or italian herbs & cheese bread..........cheese.......mayonaise.........no mustard.........lettuce......tomato....salt.....pepper......no vinegar.....EXTRA oil:p.............chicken noodle soup........3 white chunk macadamia nut cookies.....extra large pepsi:drool:👍

My friend worked at Subway and he regularly spit in the tuna. Disgusting.

I usually get honey oat bread with:
ham
turkey
cheese
mustard
onions (all the colors)
the leaves (lettuce)
tomatoes
mayonaise
peper

Damn it! I want Subway now!:irked:

We discuss some pretty random things here on GTPlanet.net. :D

Back on topic (sort of :)) my favorite changes everytime I go.

It varies between Turkey, Bacon, American Cheese, Lettuce, Mayo, and Pickles on Hearty Italian, Ham, Cheese, Lettuce, and Oil on Hearty Italian, and Meatball. :)

Subway Melt and/or the Club (no roast beef) both on wheat bread with low-fat honey mustard.

Well, I know what I'm having for dinner tonight.....

My go-to sub is the Meatball on Italian H&C, toasted with pepper jack, Parmesan, and oregano. My other fave is the chicken-bacon-ranch with pepper jack, ranch, and bbq sauce.

My absolute favorite is the Italian BMT with everything on it, plus Dijon mustard. However, because I am a cheapskate, I only go for the five dollar foot longs. Thus, the one I get is the cold cut combo, similarly decked out.

Italian BMT + Roasted Garlic bread + pepper jack cheese + toasting + lettuce + pickles + banana peppers + onions + Chipotle Southwest sauce + oregano = happy me.

Cold Cut w/ cheese, Lettuce, tomatoes, olive, onions, mustard, house sauce, black pepper.....

i wish they had more variety... its the same old toppings each time, which is why i like pizza more as theres more combinations i can go for.

But for the most part, I can never taste the olives nor onions, it's always the mustard and meat.

Keep it simple, chicken and bacon Subway Melt.

I just realised I accidentally combined my two favourites:

Subway Melt

Chicken and Bacon Ranch

How good would they be combined!

Turkey with shredded Monterey Jack & spinach, green peppers, onions.. Toasted, otherwise the shredded jack cheese is weird.

I've only been once, so my favorite is the one with the meatballs on it, I can't remember or give a damn what it was called.

I try to avoid Subway, since I have to get double meat to be satisfied and that bumps it up to $9 a sub. I get roast beef and grilled chicken on that herb bread thing.

Chicken and Bacon Ranch

How good would they be combined!

What? It's called the chicken bacon ranch sub.

I have to say that the Herb bread makes your sub 10 times better. So with that being pointed out, a meatball marinara sub, with cheddar and mozzarella cheese, a ton cucumbers, and toasted herb bread. The ULTIMATE combination! Although the sweet onion chicken teriyaki is good too.

Never heard of it, doesn't matter.

At Subway I get a chicken-bacon-ranch on italian herbs and cheese bread, toasted. A little lettuce, a lotta ranch. Most delicious thing ever.

LaSpada is a litmus test for south florida foodies. If someone says subs and you give a Subway reply, you shalt have noses turned up in thy general direction.
