Rappers hop around on stage, usually with an extra guy saying "wha", "yea", "uhuh", or anyother sound to add a sense of agreement between rapper and co-rapper. Usually rappers wear baggy sweat sirts with baggy saggy jeans, and enough Value City jewlery to make Value City not be a value anymore.
