Strangely, King Kong is being remade currently, directed by Peter Jackson (LOTR), with Naomi Watts in the Fay Wray role...

I hate to admit it, but I've never seen the original King Kong movie.

I never saw the original one either, but I loved the one from 1976, even if it was very cheesy. I saw it when I was a kid, and I cried when Kong died. I remember having King Kong notebooks, whith Kong on top of the Twin Towers in New York with a Corsair jet plane in his hand.
