Ferrari California Color Name Glitched?

I went to the NCD to purchase a new Ferrari California, when I saw that Rosso Scuderia had been renamed F2008_Rosso. At first I didn't pay any mind to it, until I bought it in this color and I did NOT get a paint chip for it! Is this a glitch? It's the only color on the California that you don't get a chip for. Hopefully this is a new found error and not one that's been around for ages.
 
I noticed this too. A similar problem happens when you get a McLaren F1 in Marlboro White. But I may check in a few minutes to see if it's still an occurence.




Still didn't get the chip. C'mon PD.

It's been that way from Day 1. The Cali's colour won't provide a chip, no McLaren will, neither will the Mustang Mach 1, and bizarrely, the Misano red (or Misanorot, I forget) of the RS6 Avant.

Duck's Car Catalogue probably contains this info, though I know my original Colour Database didn't, technically - simply put, if the colour wasn't listed, it wasn't available in-game!
 
I can't remember but I think I have F2008_Rosso.
 
Pretty sure I have a Marlboro white paint chip. Must have gotten it from the log on bonus.
