Ferrari F1 weird colors

Few weeks ago I has seen a white F1 Ferrari in the official GT5 Photostream, this week it's this:

It's a glitch? It's a light effect? Or there is any way to repaint these jewels?

They're painted via hybrid/hacking. There was a guy here not long ago with some blue ones.

But that's pretty much all I can say because I don't know any more.
