[SIZE=-1]You can see this car as the Maserati version of Ferrari FXX. It is neither road legal nor road suitable (see its non-existent ground clearance). It is not homologated to FIA's regulations, so it could not participate any international racing. However, Maranello will organize 6 races in Europe specially for the owners of this car. Each customers pay 1 million Euro for the car - equalling Bugatti Veyron - plus 260,000 Euro for the race package (entry fees, fuel, tires and servicing).

The Corsa is derived from the MC12 GT1 race car, but it has 2 seats, a 6-speed Cambiocorsa (F1) gearbox and a V12 without air restricter. The latter raises its output to 757 horsepower, some 127 hp more than the "regular" MC12 but 43 hp less than FXX. However, with a dry weight only 1150 kg, the MC12 Corsa achieves an astonishing power to weight ratio.

My Take: Nice. Looks way better than the FXX, and has and aura to it that the Ferrari doesn't (maybe the fact that it will be used and is based on a race car). I just hope the racing series doesn't hurt more than it helps, like it did with Jag with the XJR-15.

Looks good but abit too similar the the mc 12...... they could have made it abit more radical......

That car is awesome. No doubt about it, much better (looking and in general) than the FXX.

+1 This looks a whole hell of alot better than the FXX. But like Robin said...it's just not radical enough.

Looks great. I'd take that over a Veyron or a Koenigsegg any day. The car looks much better like that than with the usual white/blue paint scheme.

Then again, I'd probably buy a nice collection of Radical, Lotus, Atom, Cathermam and so on before...

Amazing, but even though Ferrari would rather not have Maserati top it in power (again...), it'll probably still set some faster times.

It's almost like the Prince and the Pauper. Everyone knows and think the Enzo is god (Prince), but in reality, the Maserati is just as great, and sadly, not as known.

658bhp/tonne. More than a Radical SR8. Much more than a Bugatti Veyron. Good show Maserati. Should be a bit quick.

Thats great but its a track car only, while the Veyron is a road car and the Radical SR8 'can' be driven on the road legally.

I've mentioned those because of the fun/price ratio... the amount of weee/$ is much higher in a radical SR8, according to scientific studies.

I bet it still won't have a rear window. Stupid fast Maseratis . . . I mean cmon, some cars you can get away with no window because all you need to do is turn around and your visibility isn't that bad, but this thing definitely isnt on the small & easy to see out of category.

Other than that I like it.

Beautiful car. Seriously, Ferrari should just absorb Maserati (too bad they're not together anymore) and have its coachbuilding section design their cars... although I do find the 599 very appealing...

The looks are retro-classic. I'd love one in my garage... right beside my XJ220 and R390...

This car is teh sex... No questions there. I think I'd take it over the FXX, but either one would make a great track car.

I think it looks great. I always liked the look of the MC12.

The side profile is sort of reminiscient of the R390 GT1 Road car in my opinion.

Looks great, a bit bland but it should have been designed more towards the FXX; competition-wise anyway, the styling is totally different in more ways than one...
