Should have put this in 'Auto News'.

It looks bloody fantastic though.

I was reading about this a few months back and checked up on it this morning. I love the sound of it and would go if it wasn't in a desert half way across the world, a rich desert but a desert nonetheless...

Does it cost as much as the usual amusement park, or do I have to pay an additional $500 for the Ferrari name?

Their desert is made of oil. Yours is made of vegemite.
So... it tastes the same. Good to know.

Pricing is about $61 for Standard or $102 for Premium, so the standard pricing is actually cheaper than a day at Disney World ($84). Might cost a bit more for us to get there, though... :)

That's not bad, actually. I haven't seen it yet, but have they released the size of this park & all the attractions?

Pushing Australian buttons there mate :D!

20 attractions and the roof of the building is 200 000 sq metres.

Same colour, damn close to the same value (it's getting close, anyway. Kraft are downsizing the jars like crazy, but not reducing the prices :/)

Anyway, the whole thing looks pretty interesting. Because it's Ferrari, it'll all be overpriced inside, but what the hell.

It's Ferrari.

If you break the rules, do you get banned or just a small fine?

That's not the question you should ask, what you should ask if at any point during a kart event whether or not the instructor will yell out to you that the person behind you is faster and you're holding them up.

Do I have to move over for people who are theoretically moving through the wait line faster?

I imagine that the Ferrari team members would get in for free during the race weekend at Abu Dhabi.

Looks like a massive rotary wheel with tentacles, if you stare at it for a long time.

On the other hand, I think the red and yellow Ferraris (yellow was the original colour of Ferrari) will hurt your eyes. A lot.

Damn that looked fun! A couple of those banks looked like elbow draggers. Nice. Thanks for posting. 👍

Alonso and Massa taking a ride on the Formula Rossa, the worlds fastest Roller Coaster:

I like this ride, although it is very funny that it reminds me more of motorcycle racing as opposed to a nice lap in a Ferrari, but I suppose that with a roller coaster, you can't mimic a hairpin curve and then extreme acceleration out. Well, not without paralyzing several passengers. :scared:

Thought the same thing. No way you can subject a layman to lateral G's the same way you can acceleration forces. Even that motorcycle racer M. Schumacher needed more time to strengthen his neck for his comeback.

Funny. That's how I picture where you are now.

Non-Australians have a completely skewed picture of Australia. The only places that remotely resemble large desert are in the Northern Territory and Western Australia - and relatively very few Australians live there. I'd imagine the majority of Australia being like America... just with more grass and less superficiality. Oh, and not all of us love Vegemite - I can only have a very, very small amount layered over some buttered/margarined bread or, I too, would rather give it to the dog.

On to topic: I've still no idea whether I consider FW as amazing or simply as a means of eroding Ferrari's 'exclusitive' and prestige image...
