Ferraris and PP

As all of you know, La Festa Cavillino has a cap of 650 pp.

Given that none of their racing vehicles are allowed, and that the enzo gets ~630, why have they put a cap on PP?

If any, post any cars that go over the 650PP limit.

Because that cap is plenty enough to beat the Enzos.

My Enzo which has a wing with max downforce attached has 649 PP - lolz ... beats the other Enzo(s) quite easily ...

It's probably to prevent use of the car switching exploit. If the game thinks you have a Ferrari with 750 pp, you'll have to detune it anyway.

If the most you can get out of a production Ferrari is low 650s, the cap is probably there just to keep you honest in a Ferrari only event.

I notied this as well. No fully tuned road going Ferrari gets more than 650pp. Thats with all mods. Why is there a cap that you can't exceed?
