I calculated 33 laps as well, but it looks like I use my throttle a bit more agressive than you cause I calculated 4L/lap
I've done any 1 hour run though, these are just my calculations.

3.5L/Lap for me. Might just be down to the GTR having more power and/or a turbo.
 
Yeah you're right, GTR has a better torque due to the high RPM range turbo, that doesn't help to save fuel lol.
And I havn't tested RS tires yet, I usually do this only in the real race lol.

Weather 70 and track wetness at 30 at the start? That's what I would suggest.

Changability on 1 or? That seems good looking at the weather reports ive been seeing
 
Well the track like @P1K3Y_M1k3Y changes quickly from wet to dry. I would say though 30% water at start 80% chance of rain 1 change ability

I'll be opening up a practice room with wet weather in a few minutes feel free to drop by
 
For anyone that hasn't driven at least a handful of laps in the wet I highly suggest it, as the car feels pretty different
