The premium Castrol Supra is fast, but not on the straights. I'd use the Panoz but seems lots of people jumped on that bandwagon. I don't want something everyone else is using.

I think the Panoz is actually free, last I heard Memto was running the Zonda LM and I was always planning on running the RX-8LM anyway. Don't really know why he signed us up for team Panoz lol

Taking a second look, I agree with Seth on the Castrol Supra over the Yellowhat as it looks more like a GT Car than a Super GT... Plus the extra DF value will help it be more competitive

Hey guys, in a room at the moment, I don't know how long for but it will transfer over to next in line!

Ill make those adjustments tonight!, did anyone actually watch the real Blancpain Race? All I got to say is damn watching over 60 drivers squeeze thru the 1st chicane almost looked like a joke. It was very entertaining round to watch!

I guess I'll stay in the Panoz then. That was the car I originally wanted to use.

I can only get a 1:47.174 out of the ford, what am I doing wrong! Haha

Yeah! I've just been working on the aero and the suspension, I've dropped a half off to that time ^ but yeah that's as low as I can get it

What would you suggest? Any help would be appreciated!

I've clocked over 500km of practice here, so I can insure the difference is simply seat time. I would work on a pit stradegy for indeed that will be worth 40 extra secs via track positioning.

Important News:

May 11th ALMS goes to Mazda Raceway/ We Mock Race this May 5th 2 wks from this date
May 26th F1 goes to Monaco/ We Mock this race May 19th

I also received a pm from a driver who said the 24hr Zurich race is still to come, so we need to discuss this round in the future!

Been having a laugh driving with Joe, Memto, jonny and TDZ!

Come join in soon!

Tire management will be key here. This race is distanced perfectly, 1 lap more and we could all be off track, lol. Major suggestion don't try to over take in the Lesmo's, just use them to close gap and setup a pass going into the Ascari chicane.

Pit Lane Exit Rule:
Drivers must stay within the white line when exiting pit lane. An driver brought up to the Steward for crossing the white line will have a +30's drive thru penalty added to their total time after the race.

6 Drivers on track now, but about 10 - 11 drivers signed on the psn Network. Plz remember your oil changes drivers' 👍

Just to let you guys know i can't make the race, I've literally been back in my house 15 minutes after a long 3 hour drive and can't sit down for another massive drive lol.

I think i will be putting all series on hold for a few weeks, i move house next saturday and start my new job next monday, such a busy time that something has to give.

Good luck in the race

Well so much for a great qualifying!

From turn 1 the brake pedal was feeling a little loose and then it all went wrong... Tried to press on and then as I went to brake for Ascari it just went useless. I got it down but it all went wrong anyway...

I'm going to get it sorted...

My Monza bad streak is just continuing...

I hope this explains some of my bad braking issues and the contact that occurred...

Was definitely a shame! Apart from me, the race ended up pretty darn close!!

It was great to be involved but if I do the next one it definitely won't be with the ford, I could not get that thing to go.

Thanks for the great racing though guys, was great fun when I wasn't running the back by myself! Haha :)

It all went wrong from the start as when I went to brake into turn one nothing happened the first time I put the pedal down... I had to really push hard and it came on...

I was so gutted to watch all my hard work (and luck) just go to waste through a hardware fail...

Haha that's would be up there in the best ones they've done next to 'Aussie battler style', that was great!

Hahahahaha, and this,

Also Joe, You are right in wanting the Big Mac stealth, Weigh's in at 1100kg, so it should be easily spec'd, as for the SLS Stealth, 1465kg, WHY CAN'T THESE CARS BE AVAILABLE AS DLC!!! GAH IT KILLS ME SEEING THAT SLS!!!

Haha oh god they are good aren't they!

Okay, so I went out to Laguna again and run a fair few laps.

Went out in the Audi first and ended up laying down a 1:21.836! Not too bad, but really felt like it had more in it

So I went out in my GT that I had out there today, and squeezed as much as I could out of it to manage a 1:21.630. But that felt like I was wringing its neck, might be able to get a little more with a couple of touch ups on the tune

Then I went out on a mission again in the Audi, with a couple if little changes to LSD and trans, and with a flyer of a lap got in a 1:20.780!
The crazy thing is this car still feels like it has more in it!

Let us know how you guys progress! :)

The Audi corner's like a house fly, and doesn't have the high downforce, should be the car to beat here,

If its high speed rotation your struggling with in the GT lower the rear aero, if its low speed make the toe points closer, should loosen up quite nicely,

Sorry i had to go. Would have been at the front if I would have stayed. No doubt about it in my mind. One more stop for me and it was a wrap. I pit early cus the kid was messin wit me so i lost concentration. Lap 11 I think. I planned to go to lap 34 on the second stint or lap 28 if i was going for a 3 stop race. Either way the Panoz was strong. Might have been close at the end but I had two strategies to cover Tdz.
