After expanding the number of circuits these cars were tested on from 4 to 12, I have come to the conclusion that the cars will need no more changes to start the season. The only changes made from here on out will be to slow a car down or, if necessary, speed a car up.

Filizola Welcome to GT3!

Thank you for the welcome. This series is shaping up well. 👍 All we need is more racers...
edit to regestration: Got an invite for the DB9 team.

team: ace motorsport team aston martin europe

Good to see we have got a big team forming here. I won't be needing team information untill one week prior to round one (which will be announced when we have at least 10 drivers.) However, you should be getting in touch with friends around GT Planet (signed up for GT3 or not) about teaming up. I want all three championships (Driver, Team, Constructors) to be as strong as possible.

That would be greatly appreciated. FYI, I would be extatic if we could find 18 drivers (9 cars x 2 drivers each = 18.) That way we would at least have somewhat of a diversified grid.

if any body wants to join ace motorsport europe but does not have a aston martin dbrs9 you have a porsche cup car you still can but not under ace motorsport team aston martin europe you will run just under ace motorsport driving school (and a number here)
pm me to join this will be your best chance to win the team cup and championship cup you can share info thrugh the team on setup and track lines and stuff

It would appear as if I neglected to mention one of the most important aspects of the series.

SPORTING REGULATIONS Update:

.100 will be added to your first lap time, and therefore your total racetime to simulate the grid.

tire issues: cars with super soft or soft cant survive at nurburgring medium is the go

The series rules for tires don't apply for the endurance races. The endurance races are run as an optional event for entrants to have fun in a 24h event knowing that you're racing against live people for a change.

Two more changes... you know how it is, to be successful, always tweak!! The Ferrari F430 GT3 will run R4 (Racing Soft) tires, and the Maserati Gran Sport Light will run R5 (super soft.)

Alright,

It seems to me we have a pretty good field. I want as many drivers to join and I am definitely keeping sign-ups open throughout the year. Whether you want to go for the championship, or just run one qualifying session, it doesn't matter. I think we're at the point where we have a field that would be sufficient to start a season with. I'd like to get the season up and running asap. Tell me what you guys think and we'll sort this out.

m.piedgros

Well i certainly wanna give it a try, that's for sure. Haven't had time to try out Cote d'azur with the cars yet. I'm still undecided on what car to use yet.

Do you have a set date for when the real thing starts up?

No set date... but I sure as heck wanna get 'er started asap.

m.piedgros

P.S. might I recommend a car that no one is using... you know, just for some "newness."
