Fia rule system what a joke

Has the fia ruling system been changed I tried to do the nation's cup last night and was getting rear ended from the car behind all the time then I gave another car room to pass that one cut the track and hit me so time went through the roof and ended up getting black flagged even tho I was at a complete standstill with the time off. But what a joke this game is becoming to be no wonder some people loose there temper getting penalties for nothing. Does anyone no if there's any contact details to gts so share clip and exhale my rage. Thanks
 
Yea it did as I constantly kept getting hit from the car behind I was getting 10secs added every time for there mistake by t8 it was already at 50 seconds due to the amount of contacts in such short space of time I started recording at t4 lap 8 I think but with been black flagged I couldn't save the full replay. I even tried lifting and coasting to drop time but ended up getting rear ended again from another car but that i can understand if he failed to judge and react in time.

If your Penalty is above 10 seconds, 1 second gets added every 2 seconds just for having the penalty.

As soon as you go above 10.001 seconds penalty you need to get rid of it immediately or it'll ruin your race :)

Now since explained I kind of understand that but other hand penalties for what is my pain I didn't do anything to deserve the penalty. If a driver fails to keep up with me out of a apex due to them braking too late all the time (or not braking at all) that's not my fault if on the other foot I'd start to drop out early and grab a early apex and run a fair move. If I cause an accident I give the place back maybe I'm just to fair lol.

It's not about whining and crying it's more about sorting out a problem if you sit there and do nothing it doesn't get fixed. But thanks
 
I feel your pain but one of the problems gts have is it will never be totally fixed i disagree on fia rule if your into a corner and hit from behind you shouldn't get a penalty the driver that hit should receive it but if just a tap and doesn't affect your race then no one should get a penalty. as a suggestion i think on penalties if a time is giving to both parties or even just the driver if intensional should get a time penalty added to total time or a drive thru penalty

Any penalty system that penalises the victim as well as the perpetrator is not a fair system and for some people this is clearly rage inducing. I'm sure it only works this way because the penalty system can't accurately determine fault.

Anyway I look forward to the video. The next time I pick up a 10s penalty after being t-boned I'll use it to remind myself it could actually be worse.
 
The video I started recording is when the time started to move up on it's own which now I understand why but even tho I cleared the time I still got black flagged so it must still kick you if over a certain time. Lesson learnt stay clear of nation and manufacturers until a bit more clear:lol:

A minute, yes.

If you hit the Share button after a race, you can retroactively save a video up to the length you have set in the PS4 menu (default is 15 minutes).

Ahh ok tbh I didn't share it I double clicked it to record it instead so I'll take a Look of the saved and share on yt then link up here. Thanks I no for next time. Still learning here lol

my apologies to you for my wording to you it was a bit ott it's just very annoying when you come across as a bully I'm not saying you are before that gets taking out of context. if you have the correct advise give it as not everyone no's everything. famine thanks for the heads up my bad
