FIA says progress is bad

That's what I what thinking the A1 cars were designed to do. I think instead of going that far with the F1 cars, the FIA should allow underbody work like seen on the Champ Cars. They make a ton of downforce just with the underbody and can run smaller wings because of it. The underbody work is also a lot less effected by dirty air too.
