So, I take it that Fiat returns before this Fiat ;) :

Well, it makes perfect sense to bring the original Fiat Panda back to Gran Turismo... although I'm kinda tired with these ordinary slow cars at the moment, right after receiving Renault Kangoo, Unimog, Toyota C-HR, etc. I hope we're getting, for example, some overdue GT500 racers before the Panda is ready ;)

What exactly would you have wanted to see?
Fixing the in-game economy would be one thing, adding a track would be another, but I hardly care as there are other way superior racing games out there.
Unless you're just trying to stir up ragebait?
I hardly even tried but I succeeded anyway apparently, which says something about GT fans (or fanboys rather) as well.

Go play the superior racing games then, there's nothing stopping you. This ragebait isn't exclusive to GT7, you can go do the same in the Forza forums I'm sure and people will come at you. If you're not going to be constructive, leave people be.

Even though I ditched GT/ Playstation it irks me to see the state of it. The vast majority of "free" cars could and should have been available at launch. It just comes off as a weak way to create buzz.

I know people scoff at the iRacing content model, but the difference is between a Ferrari 499P Hypercar or a Unimog. And it's even more wild that being disappointed at a Fiat Panda is seen as ragebait. PD could at least put the resources in to bringing back the tracks they removed for no reason. Everyone should want better than this.

How can you say they could have been available at launch?
Did you know they’ve had the license and models of the cars ready since launch? Do you have first hand knowledge of the schedules of employees at PD to know they could have had the majority of these available by launch?
Cars aren’t just added into games by a click of the fingers….

It’s all about licensing which has been covered time and time again on this site, please read what’s been said to educate yourself on how it works.

What tracks were removed? Do you have first hand knowledge that PD had updated and remodelled tracks from previous GT games to be compatible with modern graphics standards and the different coding engine for GT7?

The fact that people make it seem “oh it’s just simple” to add x car or track just proves they have no idea what they’re talking about

The fact that this is somehow newsworthy says something about the state of Gran Turismo. Pathetic.
Yes, it does say something. It says that the spirit of Gran Turismo (driving everyday cars) is alive and well. Just because the game doesn't provide what you want, doesn't mean that its deviating from it's purpose. May I suggest you play something else if you are so dissatisfied with what Gran Turismo has always been about?

Me personally; I want to see a NASCAR, just one damn NASCAR. I guarantee I could fill a lobby in no time and have a solid hour of fun with minimal waiting around. NASCAR licence isn't an issue as they could just make one up like group 3 cars. People suggest to me to just make one in the game. That is not the solution. The fiat panda should be trimmings with main course already served. I know no one that plays gt7 because it's boring, people that buy the console for GT and just want to race. These slow drip cars are not keeping the game alive for many.

Hands down the most hilarious thing I’ve read lately. Thank you I guess!

Ok nice is a Panda, but the game needs something more substantial than another one low pp car.

I don't imagine that it'll arrive in a special one-car update. Most updates with a low-performance model have come with two other cars that either have modern market relevance or a lot more performance.
