Hello, I wonder if anyone can help?

I would like to transfer a file from my computer to a friends, but MSN messenger is taking way to long. The file is a video btw so pretty big (56900KB).

Is there a faster way to do this? I searched on the internet and found a few things but since i'm not the greatest with computers it all looked a bit complex.

I have broadband and so does my friend. When I download from sites i'm geting a much better speed so I know I can do it faster, but how?

Your download speeds are different from your upload speeds. ISPs love to hide the upload speeds, since they are slower than download speeds. Do you know your upload speed you are paying for from your ISP? Even uploading at 128 Kbps, it should only take about 30 minutes to upload 56 MB.

Use the new Yahoo! mail. They now let you have 100MB of storage and messages can be up to 100MB big!

I have yet to try it,(I have it installed on my computer), I don't have another computer to try it on, but just from what I've seen, it's a simple interface and easy to figure out, It must be installed on both computers and you just use the same name and password.
