Finally, The Mercedes Sauber C9 in ucd!

Well after a day with being sick and home from work. I've been watching top gear episodes, starting bspec dream car champ griding and finally sitting for 4-5 hours with constant "license 1-5 trick to update ucd" I now finally bought the car!! \o/ It fits snuggly into my collection :)

Costs 5.100.000 credit
1003 hp with stage 3 turbo and oil change
893 kg

Now I need to test it and I think i'll do that online! My new favorite thing to do in gt5!
But first a backup of my gt5 save file! :D

Hmh, 2362 days of play time :) how is that compared to others here?
And what now... I guess 5-6 other rounds of bspec grinding the dream car champ so I got enough money for when the gran turismo formula car pops up in the right color :P the one I got now is purple :\
White or black would be nice or red maybe :)

Well thats my day, just thought I could post some since i come in here often and check other posts!

I really haven't been able to play much lately, but I'm at 657 game days and still nothing. I've seen the 2D five times and the 2J three, but no C9.

The FGT in the online dealership right now is solid blue, if you haven't checked.
 
I've had it there at least 3 times. I'm currently looking HARD for the Toyota Super Autobacs APEX car. I've literally been doing nothing buy cycling licenses to find super-cool cars the past three days and it's not come up, and I'm talking about doing this all day while I grade papers, etc. A lot of hours put into it. Harder for me to find than the FGT by a mile.
 
I'm at about 700-odd game days if I remember correctly.

I had that car and tried to trade it and GT5 ate it :( . Looking back I should have kept it as now I want one!
 
Wait, that little MR2/MR-S? If so I have it. I found it and went "Oh, that's kinda cool." and bought it without really thinking about it.

Everybody I see using it online against cars in it's weight and HP range does well. Plus I'm getting a bit fanatical about the GT 300 cars. Best performing machines on the game, IMO.

I love the Sauber. It showed up in the UCD a few days ago and I sangged it. I have been running time trials at High Speed Ring with the 787B, Minolta, Toyota GT1, R10, 908 and now the Sauber and it is now on top of my leaderboard.

I use the exact same setup for each car.
 
Been looking for the Sauber myself but not shown up yet, picked up the Toyota Super Autobacs APEX a while ago.

Got my Sauber C9 right now... at least one fun thing today...

After loosing Gran Turismo All Stars championship, only because I didn't expect the leading 787B to come in 3rd in the last race! I would have won if only i knew before :grumpy: Now I have to do it again and possibly trying with the C9...
 
Odd, the formula gt in my online dealership is yellow but i snagged a blue one for about 200,000 credits less. Weird coincidence is weird, i guess.

And i ran into the C9 twice, but couldnt get it due to insufficient funds. Ah well, just hope i run into a 2D first.

Yeah great, so after sitting and refreshing the ucd for many hours, people can now buy both the bentley speed 8 and mercedes sauber c9 race cars in online ucd!
So before.. the cars were a bit rare but now everyone who knows how to drive a bob or rig a ps3 controller with duck tape and rubberband can with ease get one too. That makes me a bit sad :( Now all my effort was almost for nothing ...

I had the same thing with the Nomad Diablo, it popped up in the ucd, I bought it for it's rare status. 2 days later it was in the Online ucd. Bummer.

Rare cars are becoming rare.
