No you didnt get the last DLC a week later, You got the first DLC a week late, The last DLC was the 2nd batch and we are now on the 3rd batch.
But yes your quite right people should stop whining and wait.

Do you have to buy the Car Pack 3 and the Test Course pack separately or is there a discount for buying them together. I don't see an option to buy them together?
