I know LSD stuff has been done in the past for previous GT games, but I haven't seen anything in this section yet so I thought I'd share my notes I took while fiddling around with a Hyundai Genesis. Excuse any typos, I'm on my phone:

IT max/accel max= Tires harder to break loose, but both do together. AKA less rotational difference allowed.

IT max/accel min= Outside tire breaks loose first. Inside follows shortly after

IT min/accel max= Outside tire breaks loose first. Inside follows shortly after. Easier to brake loose than above.

IT min/accel min= Inside tire brakes loose easily while outside tire retains grip

IT max/decel max= Reduced turn in response

IT max/decel min= Increased turn in response

IT min/decel max= Good turn in but mid corner grip is lost

IT min/decel min= Good turn in with no mid corner grip lost.

Conclusion:
IT min--> IT max: Reduced turn in during deceleration; Tires are harder to break loose on accel

Accel min--> Accel max: move power from inside to outside tire

Decel min--> Decel max: Reduced turn in response AKA more stability

If you guys want to try and recreate this, my build is below. Keep in mind this tune was made specifically for testing this LSD stuff and not for racing

Hyundai Genesis Coupe 3.8 Track '13
500PP 400HP 1300KG

SS Tire
Full Suspension
Fully Customizable LSD
Stage 1 Engine; Race Exhaust; 98.8% Power
Stage 3 Weight Reduction; 39 KG ballast at 0 position

Height - 110 F/R
Spring Rate - 7.50 F/R
Compression AND Rebound - 4 F/R
Anti-roll Bars - 4 F/R
Camber - 1.5 F/R
Toe - 0.0/0.20 F/R

Share your thoughts and criticism.

You can't oversteer/stability costs like that. Invert your spring strengthes and you ll have radically different behaviour. Change a FF for a FR and yet again, different conclusions. 4WD cars and again. RR and again. Road for dirt or rain, changes tires and again, different conclusions.

Etc etc.

I don't think there is much value in testing LSD settings at max and min exclusively. If you did that with ride height, you could very likely have a car that drives terrible in both scenarios. Same for LSD.
