Welcome to Firehound Police Vehicles: Engineering the future of law enforcement. Here, I will be selling my police cars, specifically engineered for the demands of police duty.

IMPORTANT: Please inform me if this is in the wrong section, and I will move it.

As a long-time video game police officer, I have had plenty of experience with pursuits, and have driven plenty of vehicles. In Gran Turismo 5, the main police cruiser is a Nissan Skyline GT-R outfitted with pace car lights. While great performing, sadly, I have noticed that it is just a bit too slow to keep up with what street racers are running. Therefore, I have engineered vehicles to be able to stand a better chance of keeping up with speeding vehicles.

These vehicles come with modifications to improve performance. Mainly, the parts installed are a Sports ECU, Sports Intake Manifold, Sports/Racing Air Filter, Sports Catalytic Converter and Sports Exhaust Manifold to increase power. A Height-Adjustable Suspension kit and Rigidity Enhancement is also included to aid handling. The package is often finished with new wheels. These new vehicles look the part and allow the driver to enforce the law with authority.

As I feel I have engineered my vehicles to a high-enough standard, I am taking the decision to start selling the police cars with the business name of Firehound Police Vehicles. When a member places an order for a vehicle, it will be modified with the parts already described, and then will be sent to the buyer, where they will take possession of the vehicle.

FPV has three parts to its operation:

New Police Cars: Premium cars bought from the dealer are modified to FPV standard before being sent to their new owner. Each vehicle will also have an optional package to enhance their capabilities in some way. The main part of the business.

Refurbished Patrol Cruisers: FPV recognizes that standard cars make up a significant part of the game's car list. Members will be able to send in their standard cars, and FPV will refresh the chassis and engine before modifying them, and possibly repainting them before sending them back to their owners.

Custom Order Police Interceptors: While FPV will be working on new police cars to add to the lineup, members are able to custom order their own police cars, with any vehicle, any modifications and any paint color they wish. Please note that vehicles sold this way are not considered official FPV police vehicles and will not be featured in the lineup. Please inquire for more details.

Do you tune the suspension and transmition by yourself or are they simply fully tuned premium cars ?
 
I do not generally install custom transmissions but close-ratio transmissions can be ordered on request. As for the suspension, they are running on default settings. Members can set up the suspension to suit their own settings.

Mustang SSP
The Special Service Package Mustang returns to enforce the laws of the road. The 2007 Mustang V8 GT Coupe is modified with FPV parts and a supercharger to deliver 414HP and 489PP, enough to beat a stock Skyline pace car. Optional parts are available to further enhance the performance of the Ford Mustang, and the 4.6 Modular V8 is a strong performer no matter what you do with it!

OPTIONAL PACKAGES:
5-Speed Close Ratio Transmission: A close-ratio transmission to give your vehicle more acceleration in return for a lower top speed, handy for tight tracks.
Boss Handling Package: The Boss Handling Package adds fully-customizable suspension, sports medium tires and a limited slip differential to the Mustang SSP to improve the handling. This pack also includes American Racing Torq Thrust wheels to signify that this is a Mustang not to be messed with.
Civilian Appearance Package: This package swaps the police wheels for the standard wheels as included from the dealer to make your police cruiser look just like a standard civilian car, perfect for undercover assignments. This pack also includes the option to have your vehicle in whatever color comes standard, completing the disguise.

Diogo, these cars are not fully tuned, only slightly modified for police duty.

TheKitten, you can put in an order here, or you can message me on PSN. You can state what car you want, in what color you want, and what optional equipment you want with the car. I will send you a friend request, or vice versa, and I will build and send you the car.

Thanks for the feedback! I will be introducing more police vehicles, ranging from Japanese sports cars, through American muscle cars, to European sports and supercars. So be sure to check back here regularly to find a police car to suit you!

You don't have to pay. But you can if you want to. Of course, you are welcome to cancel the order for a Mustang if you... Somehow found out... I had a Challenger and a Camaro in the works...

Still, if you really want the Ford, I am willing to set up a schedule. StarLight will get his car on day 1, s0ul_chicken will get his car on day 2 and ILIKEGT5TOOMUCH will get his on day 3.

Challenger Police Pursuit Vehicle
The Challenger was the vehicle that started this operation on GT5. The SRT-8 is already packing enough muscle, and this package takes the 6.1 Hemi Dodge to 500HP and 513PP, enough to rival a stock C5 Corvette, and blow a stock Supra out of the water. Add the monstrous power to a nearly 1900kg kerbweight and you've got something the criminals won't want to mess with. PDI wheels complete the package. Enforce the law and dish out justice with authority with the Dodge Challenger.

Supercharger: An optional supercharger to boost the power of your car further. In the case of the Challenger, the supercharger boosts the performance to 570HP and 534PP. A limited slip differential is also included to help control the extra power.

My pace car needs some work and could ise some help. The handling is great. And responds well. However the speed isnt reaching its peak n feel powerloss on the striaght away. If i send it to you can you help fix it?
 
ILIKEGT5TOOMUCH: Sure, you can change to the Dodge. It's cornering is a little worse than a Skyline, but it can't beat this car for straight line muscle.
StarLight: Sure thing. In fact, since you're my first customer, I'll even send the car today instead of tomorrow like I said in the invoice. Want any extra packages on your Mustang?
