Updated. It's pretty hard trying to get the wheels look right, I'll try em' next time.

Thanks to some people that right things and that don't always say " use the search option " i think that now i can really cell shade so please check my first cell shading attemp

the only things that is did not do and that i will do is the line i just read the tutorial you posted and it's pretty cool ill try the lines
