Am I right in thinking you get this as a prize car at some stage? I'm sure I have one in my garage
 
Yes, yes you do. I forget for what but it's pretty early on in the progression.
 
well that's ideal then, always good to have some tunes for the prize cars as it means everyone can make use of them
