There are a number of tricks you can use to cure FF understeer, first is to put the front ride height higher than the rear. (For e.g front 0, rear -20 etc) Then you need to make the front suspension stiffer than the rear like 9.0 and 5.0.
Putting the front damper values higher than the rear also helps with oversteer an example would be 7 on the front and 4 on the rear.
Then for the toe setup front toe doesn't really matter much a bit of - helps with traction. Where as on the rear you want to start at about -0.30 and add -0.10 more until you car starts to oversteer a bit.
Hope this helps but if not heres a base setup I use on FFs using the above tricks.
Ride Height: Front 0, rear -20 ----------- Camber Angle: Front 1.8, rear 1.0
Spring Rate: Front 10.0, rear 5.5 -------- Toe Angle: Front -0.05, rear -0.35
Dampers (Extension): Front 7, rear 4
Dampers (Compression): Front 7, rear 4
Anti Roll Bars: Front 5, rear 4
Brake Bias (ABS 1): Front 4, rear 7
