Sorry for how slow things have been around here.
You have successfully avoided the general "noob" problem with your pictures which always seems to be brightening of images. Most end up being too dark so you're already ahead of the curve.
I like the vette picture. Its a little off center (which is good) and has a good background.
As far as composition goes, you should try moving the center of focus (usually the car) out of the center and see what you get or just not having it take up so much of the picture space.
Also play around with low depth of field (using blurred foregrounds or backgrounds) to shift the focus of your images and add a little depth.
Other than that, play around with taking pictures of you driving or even taking pictures in your saved replays with multiple cars outside of photo travel and see what you get.
