Flickr, is it me or them?

I've been trying to upload some photos onto Flickr but each time I try it flies though the upload stage, literally under a second, all the way to 99% then stops. The bar will slowly move until it reaches the end but nothing happens after that.

I've tried all their uploaders (Desktop, Flash-Based and Basic) but they all do the same thing. Is anyone else having this issue or is it just me?

EDIT: After waiting on the basic uploader for around half an hour the images did finally upload. I think their severs must be slower than usual as all other websites I visit work fine.
