Do you think manufacturers will allow their cars to look exactly like some other MFR's car?

Have you actually seen one in person? Because they don't, at all. And yes, I've very well versed in what the back end of a Focus looks like.

Think of it like fingers; Nissan sticks out its index and ring, the Focus sticks out its middle. What's my point? While they aren't exactly alike, they do have some similarities (the "hand" in said analogy)... except for the connotations associated with finger pointing

Am i the only one, or does anyone else see an almost identical design of the rear-end of both the 2011 Ford Focus and the Nissan Juke?
