foolkiller: a couple of those outside shots are photography competition worthy.
Thank you. I never think of myself as doing anything competition worthy. I just know that I like a decent camera with a good optical zoom, and know how to take a steady shot without need of a tripod.

For some reason "short pants" always makes me giggle. Not like titmouse, but close. :p
SHort pants makes me think of early 1900's shorts. Tom Sawyer type stuff. And then picturing someone wearing them today also brings a chuckle.

Yes, this is a Geo Tracker with a snow plow:

How?!

It's a good thing I wasn't drinking or I'd have a screen to clean.

Shorts mean knee-high shorts to me. But then there's short shorts, which are Kurt Rambis style shorts.

Well pretty much everything has melted here and that makes me :D. Now I can start driving the S2000 again. I think I may have been starting to suffer from withdrawals.

Yesterday temperatures got near 50 degrees, but that wasn't enough to melt all the snow and ice. However, it was enough to make breaking up ice on my driveway possible. The major side effect, as temperatures neared 40 degrees Saturday evening, was ice falling off all the trees. I had been visiting my brother and when we get home my wife got hit in the back and I got hit in the head. Nothing permanent, but she had a bruise and I had a headache for a few hours.

The other side effect was that previously cleaned roadways now looked like it had sleeted and so some areas had dangerous driving yesterday morning.

Tonight and tomorrow they are calling for 2-4 inches of snow. Fortunately roadways are clean, but it will not help with the hundreds of thousands still without power.

I talked to friends who live in the far western area of the state and they have been told it could be as much as a month because their county alone has 1,500 utility poles broken.
