For all you people out there that think the engine sounds need to be improved because the mufflers dont seem to make a difference, try this. Buy a new jaguar XKR and only buy a racing muffler, BUT DONT INSTALL IT! leave the rest stock. Now test it in run and settings at laguna or whatever. listen to the engine.
now start the race over and go to settings>change parts and change the normal muffler to the racing one. Listen to the difference in the way it sounds. If you ask me, the engine is alot deeper and fuller sounding than before. Maybe in GT4 the sounds could be a little louder but the whole muffler ordeal doesn't need to be messed with or changed. Tell me if really can tell the difference. Another car to try this with is the aston martin DB7 Vantage (the one you can buy)
