I'm assuming that since GT3 car models were made with between 2,000 and 4,000 polygons each that GT4 will meet or exceed that. And it will have a frame rate of 60fps or so. The extra 5-10 polygons required to make the windshield wipers wouldn't cost much and the effect on realism would be worth it IMO. Otherwise, why make the car look so good at all? Why not use 400 polygons and put 30 cars in the field? GT has always been about DETAIL. Of course, that's just my opinion and you are entitled to yours.
