What level of force feedback is your wheel set to in GT5P?

I have mine set at 1. I'm not really fond of feeling too much vibration whilst driving.

I have it set to 5, I dont see how you can have it at 1, you'll feel nothing when going over the rumble strips, etc.

EDIT: I am currently using a Driving Force Pro, but I have just ordered my G25. Should be here in a couple of days. :D:D:D:D

It would be helpful if you guys stated which wheel you own, as it varies a lot from one to the other.

I have a G25 and use 6 for "normal cars" and 10 for tuned cars, I like to struggle a bit when driving these monsters. 👍

g25 - I used 10 from the start, then I drove the lotus 111r-tuned and the steering wheel starting shaking on the straights so I set it back to 8.

I have the DFP set to 5, but I use the button combination on the wheel that reduces that by 40% again. I like a light touch on the wheel as I find it helps keep my inputs smooth. Definately I prefer it a lot lighter in the game vs real life.

I've got my DFP wheel turned up to patent pending all the time. :sly:

why higher for the tuned ones, they only make the wheel shake harder?

on the dfgt it isnt so bad...but as i have driven several racing cars in real life,i prefer the most "direct " feel of the wheel i can get...:)
so for me it is:better too heavy than too light.

spyrrari.

G25 -10
No aids, and what not, SIM level
No power steering..

I dont know why people say at 10 you need HUGE muscles, Im not that strong, and yet i feel comfortable to race with that setting. But I think for Drifing its good to have 7 below.

I have the driving forge Gt and prefer to have it on 7 (with power assist) or 5-6 (without power assist) depending on the race car etc..... I think this gives a good, almost realistic feel.

I set feedback to 5 for my G25 and it's on par with real cars with steering booster (almost all today). But GT should have built in different set of steering parameters for each car influencing feedback and steering as well.

G25 10 Power Steering on. Funny thing is even at 10 gt5p only uses about half the power the G25 can produce try full FF on GTR it will snap your arm's off LOL

G25 set to 10, I don't think that trying to match a real car steering is a good idea since the game is trying to simulate all the car feedback and G-Forces trough it. The feeling of the car at low settings is too lifeless.

GTP on 10, but I started driving before power assisted steering became common place! On 10 it still doesn't feel that heavy, but as someone else said GTR is a bit stronger.

Just got my G25, set it up, and it feels perfect with the same settings I had with the DFP.

FF set to 5 and Power Steering off.
