Was in a race in Expert series and noticed an AU XR8 is there any newer models in the game (Ba, Bf, Fg)? If so are they only available for purchase in the car dealerships?

No, unfortunately there is only the Race Car and it's a standard car so can be only be purchased from the Used Car or Online Collectors Dealerships, or from a year/level ticket. It's not as competitive as the other race cars that it races with, so most people only buy it to have it in their collection.

No, there's only one Ford Falcon in GT5... the one that's been on the series since GT3.

As mentioned before, there is a Tickford AU Falcon XR8 from the 2000 V8 Supercars series, the #5 which I believe was driven by Glenn Seton. In GT4, there were also two BA Falcons, the FPV F6 Typhoon and the FPV GT.

The two road versions that were in GT4 and GTPSP are some of the small handful of cars that cannot be transferred into GT5 from the latter, so it has always been suspected to be a matter of licencing issues.

The lack of Ford Falcons is a massive disappointment to me, in fact, the selection of Fords in this game leaves a lot to be desired. Forza has a far superior selection of cars, in general.

Hopefully with the rumoured Bathurst track in GT6 we might see some decent Fords.

i agree i was dipointed as well

I agree. even as a chevy guy I am very disappointed about the lack of fords (certain Saleen models, and late 60's stangs that isn't a shelby). We have every generation of Corvette but only a handful of Mustangs. I would like a few more camaro's too.
