Yes, one of my favorite Mustangs of all time. Nicknamed the "Terminator", this 390hp powerhouse of a Mustang is awesome and the last Mustang (until 2015) that had IRS. It's really one hell of a pony car that is loved by a lot of enthusiasts and could be considered the perfect swan song for the 4th Gen Mustang and the fox platform Mustangs as a whole.

EDIT:
A fun fact about the Termi Cobra is that it was actually underrated by Ford about its factory horsepower. It's said to have 390 hp by Ford, but some people had their Mustang Cobras dyno'd and found them having close to 390 wheel horsepower or more rather than just from the crank. From the factory, this performance Mustang was a powerhouse.

How this car hasn't been mentioned yet confuses me. I want the 04 because of the color options ie. Comp Orange and Mystichrome. This car was the First Mustang to see IRS and it dominated the streets.

I actually already suggested this a bit over 20 minutes ago:

Anyway, yeah, still a great suggestion.
It must of popped up after i started flipping threw all the posts because i went threw all 20 pages and it wasn't there. I was also cooking while so by the time i finished go threw the list and writing my post i could have easily missed it! But The game definitely needs this car.

Oh yeah, I agree, there isn't that many racing games to begin with that even have this Mustang. I would love it to finally be noticed in one.

I have yet to see it in one.
I have, there was a game released for the PS2 & Xbox called "Ford Mustang: The Legend Lives". It was just a simple, arcade style racing game though, but it had both the 2003 Terminator Cobra and the 10th Anniversary edition Cobra. I've also heard that Project Gotham Racing 2 had a 2003 SVT Cobra Mustang in it.

Wasn't this model style of Mustang in Gran Turismo 2?

They need to bring it back!!!

Yes and no. There was a 1999 Ford Mustang SVT Cobra in GT2, but it's not the same Mustang as this one. That had a naturally aspirated engine with about 320 hp while this one is supercharged. I have thought of suggesting the NA Cobra though.

Yesterday, I was reading a section in my "Ford Mustang Buyers Guide" book and there was a section that said something about Ford possibly underrating the hp of these SVT Cobras as there were people that dyno tested their Mustangs and got 390 rwhp or more. I can definitely see how these Mustangs got "Terminator" as a nickname.

Another thing I noticed, I think Project Gotham Racing 2 has a 2003 SVT Cobra in the game, I saw a couple of videos on youtube that showed a SVT Cobra Mustang that looks like the Termi.

EDIT: I recorded some gameplay of this car in PGR2 myself.
