Silverstone isn't an DLC painted car. Do you know what a DLC painted car actually is?

sadly no, this is my 3rd day with the game. I think you mean cars form the DLC packs

Nope. Dlc painted cars are just cars that you can paint in a DLC colour that you bought from the colour pack.
