Formula 1 2026 Prediction Game - An experimental Mini-GameFormula 1

With the Formula 1 season starting next weekend, we’re running an experimental Formula 1 prediction mini-game for the upcoming season which you can join us! Test your F1 knowledge and compete against other members by predicting race results each weekend!

HOW TO SIGN-UP
To participate, submit the following:

• The nickname you wish to compete with
• The country flag you would like displayed next to your name

HOW IT WORKS
At the start of each race weekend, a prediction link will be posted where participants can submit their race predictions.

DEADLINES

• All predictions must be submitted 1 hour before the start of regular Qualifying.
• Sprint Qualifying and Sprint Races do not count.
• On sprint weekends, the deadline remains 1 hour before the regular Qualifying session.
• The deadline will not be postponed if Qualifying is delayed or cancelled.
• Predictions submitted after the deadline are invalid.

PREDICTION SUBMISSION

• Predictions cannot be edited once submitted.
• To change a prediction, participants must submit a new entry.
• The last submission before the deadline will be considered final.
• All predictions are private until the deadline, after which they will be made public.

Important Notes:

• If a driver is selected multiple times, only the highest predicted position will count.
• Missing predictions for any driver will result in zero points for that position.

SCORING SYSTEM
Points are awarded as follows:

• 5 points – Exact position predicted
• 2 points – One position off
• 1 point – Two positions off

In addition to points, an accuracy rating will track overall prediction precision. This rating will be used as a tiebreaker in the standings.
