Yeah, and it's metal so I really think the drivers won't want to drive over that.

Still not sure why nobody has been out to pick that up yet. Allowing the pit window to be open just means there isn't a gap to get out there for a few laps, this making the SC period longer...

Yeah he didn't know what the gaps behind were, less to do with tyres and more to do with track position for the restart.

This is not the unflappable seven-time champion who basically raced on his own. He's really rattled this year.
