We've already had more overtakes than I expected the entire race to have
This track has been a nice surprise. The drivers love it and racing does actually happen. It'd be a good one to stay on the calendar. Shame about the regime in charge there and the oversaturation of Middle Eastern races.

I think Max could only hope to win this with a well-timed SC allowing him a free wing replacement

Someone is bound to go a little wide and damage their car.

Would be fun if Lewis wins here and next race, and either both Max and Lewis get a fastest lap, or neither of them does. Then we would enter the last race with a tie

At this rate Lewis will lap everyone up to P3 😲

DRS looks to be very powerful here aiding with the overtaking.

Except for the rest of the field battles, this race is shaping up to be massively boring.

Well... can we just fast forward to the end? Lewis is just walking away. The gaps between the "top 4" are large enough (barring major issue).

Ham-Ver-Per-Bot top 4.

Mercedes react immediately to Max's pit by bringing in Lewis for Hards. I feel like that was the best move given their pace so far.

Bormula 1 at its finest tonight.

Hamilton with a 9 second lead even after Red Bull's undercut. Unless anything weird happens Lewis has this in the bag.

There were already messages that the undercut is nearly useless here

Race was heavily decided yesterday and sealed this morning with the penalties.

Bottas is getting a move on, and on to the podium.

If I was Verstappen I'd accept defeat and try not to push the engine too hard.

Lando's soft became hard.

As of now, probably best for him to focus on keeping good delta over Bottas and maybe go for fastest lap...

and as I type that, he thinks they should try for the end on these tires. This is one of the reasons I will not be employed as a race strategist.

This won't end well. We all know if either of them have a costly engine failure in the remaining races it'll be Max.

The gap from Hamilton to Alonso is almost 2 seconds per lap.
