Max literally said he thought the penalty was extreme - it’s completely reasonable for Oscar to think it was unfair.
Almost any driver could react similar to the oddly timed lights out on the safety car and have the same penalty they would all think unfair.
Almost all drivers, including Lando, have the radio messages to ask to change positions for fairness if they think they are faster or have lost position due to safety car in between pitatopa etc. Yes sometimes these messages sound childish, busy they all do it these days.
It’s not as uninspiring and lack lustre as all of Lando’s radio messages coaching how to drive and the cry for help with pace in Austria.
