Perhaps, but he was undoubtedly right to ignore such a stupid order.

Deliberately slowing down at the start of the race is insane and was never going to work - and if anything would only have put Ferrari in a weaker position overall.

Ironically, Vettel is doing a better job of playing the 'team game' than the idiot(s) who thought that their plan was going to work.

That's why I said the situation is the teams fault. However, many in here having a pop at Leclerc when all he's done is asked for the agreed strategy to be followed.
 
Hey guys, team passes using the draft or DRS are unfair and don't count from here on out. Pole position deserves the win. We can just finish this up on saturdays from now on.
