Formula 3000 Monaco

Did anyone see the ending! I never watch Formula 3000 but I just happened to turn to it right at the end of the Monaco race. Whoever was in first came down the final stretch on the last lap and slowed down to wave to his pit crew or something. The second place car comes flying around the turn and passes him to take the win! Unbelievable!

I didn't see the race (heck, in Australia I don't even get qualifying!) but I was readjng the report at Autosport - it sounds like it was pretty wild old race!

I remember Mansell doing something similar at Canada in '91...
