Maybe even Honda? (Old 1960's honda that is)
 
Possibly Honda yeah. I'll think about it. SAUBER is taken though so not that. Plus we already have 8 teams set up.

I think laguna seca should be added :) as well as le mans maybe another track??

I'm thinking of adding Autumn Ring. That would make the season total rounds 9 and I would prefer an even number so Laguna would be added to make 10. However, at the moment, 8 is enough, unless we get a full grid of commited drivers then we will not have 10.


Also, we have our first team pairing. 6 drivers now signed up. 10 to go plus a few reserves. Pre-season when we have 12 people

Maybe. The final half will be epic in these cars but the straight will be so dull. Unlike LMPs, these things will spend most the straight on the rev limiter.

Last night I was testing with alot of people (six) and we did a load of 15 lap race (two races) with a 10 minute quali session. Madrid was chaos and Autumn Ring wasn't at all close but it was very intense when you are flying through the corners. You concentrate alot at these technical tracks with fewer straights.
 
Definitely needs some work if this racing series is going to be clean :)

I'll try get some decent photos and I've mastered no ABS! :D. Just slam the brakes per normal till around 3rd gear were you release some pressure. Also, slightly concerned about SSR5 with lap times.

Why? Maybe make the top speed higher on transmission ;)
 
Le Mans will feature on the calender then.
 
I'd prefer it to be 2005 La Sarthe version. Less controversial and FGT's don't have head-lights. :lol:
 
I'm assuming all tracks with weather change will have weather change?

Also, good to see the Indy 500 on there. 2nd step of the triple crown here I come :sly:

No. The cars are difficult as it is. Maybe in a second season.
Also, I am contacting akmuq right now regarding it.

Nope. It will be Le Mans 2009. Just the normal version though so it won't change time.
 
Well I did a quick test in the rain and its only a little harder then LMPs. Just need to be patient with the throttle.

I thought this series is hardcore though. Rain is hardcore. Saying it is too difficult to drive in completely contradicts you earlier saying the series is hardcore :P
 
I withdrew my 'hardcore' statement a while back to satisfy the Indy guys. I will test tonight in the wet then. If you crash at every corner then we have issues. If not, then we are good to go.

Will you race with me?
