export the image on gt5 to your ps3 xmb, go to the picture and copy it to a usb thumbdrive

then go to the computer and go to an image hosting website like This or [url="http://photobucket.com]this[/url] to host the picture, then just embed the picture in tags if your image hoster doesn't do so already
