Since I am dreading Formula GT, I have read up on it so I can wrap my head around doing it. These times are with an F094/S and assuming you have average-advanced driving skills.

Laps--Name--Avg.Time(Min)--Length(Miles)---Avg Spd(mph)

30--Midfield--------:30----67M---134mph
40--Seattle--------:53----96M---108mph
27--GrandValley--:42----84M---120mph
50--SuperSdwy---:25-----75M--180mph
28--RomeCircuit---:32----69M---129mph
25--TestCrse-------:43---161M--224mph
33--LagunaSeca---:37---74M---120mph
27--ApricotHill------:29---65M---134mph
25--TokyoR246----:35----80M---137mph
78--CoteD'azure--1:47--163M--91.4mph

I hope this helps.....

I have not done it yet.

Anyways, I just did Race # 1 Midfield and it took me 00:29:21:XXX. I lapped the second place F094/H twice. My best lap was :54:115. If all of the races are like this, I will be done by the weekend. I will possibly do Seattle Circuit 40laps tonight, depends on if I have nothing to do when I get home. It is only supposed to take around :53 mins so I'll probably do it at around 10:00.

This Formula GT is NO WHERE near what people were hyping it up to be. One walkthru on the net somewhere said "I lost sleep, almost lost my job and nearly ruined my marriage because of [Formula GT]" I guess that guy must suck at this game.....

Well, I didnt do Seattle Circuit last night, but when I get home from school this afternoon, I will start it right away and I will tell you all how it goes/went.

Ok, I just finished binging out on GT3, I just did Seattle Circuit 40 laps and did it in :51:25:XXX

Then immediately afterwards I did the Grand Valley Speedway 27 laps. That took me :40:45:XXX

Now, I have 2 short ones, Super Spdwy (25 minutes) and Rome Circuit (32 minutes) So I will likely do them tomorrow.

The F094/S must be either way better than other F1's or something because I lapped everyone 3 times, except for the second place F094/H which I lapped 2 times; I was so close to him at the end of both of those races that I could have lapped him 3 times as well, but I only lapped him 2 times.

I cruised it, although it got a little closer as the series wore on (and the engine got increasingly tired).

I was a bit disappointed with this series - I was expecting strong competition.

yes me 2, i thought this would be the hardest thing in the game. I figured, all the cars are about equal, and they are blistering fast. Sounds like fun no? NO. I think it's all because of the AI, this could have turned out to be the funnest moments in GT, instead it's the most boring thing in GT. I'd rather do the enduro's again then finish this. I have 2 races left (tokyo then cote) after that i am 100%. yippe

Um - you know the last Formula GT race is a full 76 laps at Cote d'Azur?

Well, I just rattled off Super SPeedway AND Rome Circuit in under an hour. Next race is an estimated 45 minutes of Test Course, I think I will skip this one and do it later with something that can go around 300mph. So far I have run every race with full 1.00 and 1.50 downforce. My top end speed loss is very negligible. I tried stock setting and full downforce in qualifying at Grand Valley, I had an average of 4 seconds faster with full downforce, plus my top speed at the end of the straight away was 211 with stock downforce and 206 with full downforce; I think full downforce has WAY more advantages than disadvantages....

I must be insane!!! Well, I skipped Test Course, and went on and finished Apricot Hill and Laguna Seca. I skipped Tokyo and Cote because I had enough points to win.

Then a friend of mine calls, he has a broken leg. He asks me to come over and watch a movie. Luckily I brought my memory card just in case. We didnt watch the movie but finished Test Course and Tokyo with the Escudo and F686/M respectively.

Now all I have left is the Monaco Formula 1 race which I hope is fun!

Since The whole series was so easy with the F094/S I am going to pick one of the crappier F1's to do Monaco so that I will have a challenge.......

PS For finishing Formula GT I got the Red/White F090/S (Just like Ayrton Senna's REAL 1990 Mclaren Honda!!!!!!!!!!)

And then I won a Blue/White F686/M ( I didnt know Ferrari ever had a Blue and White F1!?) for finishing Pro League even though I still had 3 races in Formula GT left to go.....

Once I finish Monaco I will get an F688/S and an F094/S for completing GT/Sim Mode and for 100% completion respectively.

I'm still nearing 90%

Still have about 4 more enduros, vitz pro, audi tt (ama), formula gt, clio and sum races i skipped

Vitz Pro is fun.

I am still working my self up for Monaco.

I must also say that the Ruf RGT is the most gracious car on the planet. I could lap that thing on Grand Valley for hours!!! Pure bliss...

Porsche, there is definitely NO substitute.

Well, I did it, I just completed the greatest game of the face of the earth, Gran Turismo 3. I have a strange feeling now that I am done. Kind of an emptiness similar to the burnout after a cocaine binge. I dont know what to do, but I have a few ideas.

I will enter Polyphony Digital Cup with a few of my favourite road cars. i.e. Lotus Esprit, Ruf RGT, CLK55 AMG, Ruf 3400S.
I will do some endurances with less capable cars and see how close I can get it. etc etc.

Since GT3 only takes up about 200k of memory I am going to buy one of those cheap $5.00, 500k memory cards from Blockbuster and start again with the logitech wheel and in manual mode.
